LIFEGUARD/SWIM INSTRUCTOR

Lifeguards/Swim Instructors at Winadu are part of a team of staff members who work at our Pool and/or Lake. Camp Winadu will pay for all Lifeguards to become Red Cross Certified during staff training at camp.

Pool Lifeguards & Swim Instructors work under our Pool Director to run swim lessons and free swim activity periods.

All Lifeguards at Winadu are also Camp Counselors and take part in every part of the Winadu program from the Lake to the Pool, NFL Day to Shaving Cream Fights, gaining valuable leadership skills and networking opportunities for any career.

Staff will also have ample coaching opportunities with the ability to have a positive impact on kids while building your resume - no matter your major.

You will leave Winadu with networking opportunities, professional development and new friendships and relationships for future personal and professional connection.
