Once you have your travel to camp booked, please complete the STAFF TRAVEL FORM so that we can arrange your pick up.
Will I have access to my phone/tablet/laptop? What if my family needs to contact me?
You are welcome to bring your personal devices to camp, but we are an "un-plugged" environment so they can only be used during your time off and never in front of campers. If you would like to give your family the camp office number in case of emergency, it is +1 (413) 447-8900.

When do I get time off and days off?
Days off typically occur after breakfast (around 9:00 AM). Staff must check in and be in their bunks by 12:30 AM. Staff are given approximately three nights off per week and one full day off. On a night off, you must check in and be back at camp by 12:30 AM. Time off is explained in detail during staff orientation.
Can I bring my car to camp?
Yes! If you are planning to drive to camp, we have a staff parking lot where you can keep your car. You can use your car on days and nights off.
If I won't have a car at camp, how will I get what I need or leave camp on days off?
We have a lot of staff that do not have cars at camp so do not feel like this is a must. During staff orientation, we will run a shuttle to Walmart so you can get supplies like toiletries. During the summer, we will have a schedule of day and night off transportation to places like the outlet mall, Walmart, Six Flags and local bars & restaurants.
When and how do I get paid?
You will receive your paycheck every two weeks on scheduled pay dates (these dates will be posted in the Staff Lounge at camp). Pay cards are also available for International Staff who do not have a US bank account.
Can I bring my own food/snacks to camp?
There is NO outside food allowed on camp. In an effort to respond to the needs of many of our campers with food allergies, as well as to ensure the safest environment possible, we are a peanut and tree-nut aware facility. We do not serve any products that may contain peanuts or tree-nuts, and we do not cook with any peanut oils in the dining hall. We expect that you adhere to this policy and NEVER bring any peanut or tree-nut products on camp property. Some of our campers have life threatening allergies. We expect that you maintain a high level of respect for this.
